Rolljet is on three wheels, rather than two. This means that it is much easier to ride, so it has a far shorter adjustment period than two-wheeled scooters. It also has a more sensitive steering mechanism, for better precision and more control. Most of our customers require just a matter of minutes of riding to feel entirely comfortable.

RollJet is a Slovenian product made of the highest quality materials, some of which are so hi-tech that they are used in constructing airplanes. We poured 10 years of Research and development into them. There are 127 components in each RollJet, of which 57 are made exclusively for RollJet. It’s also an eco-product, as 95% of its materials are recyclable.

RollJet Mini weights 2.7 kg (5.95 lbs). RollJet City weights 3.4 kg (7.49 lbs). RollJet Maxi weights 4.7 kg (10.36 lbs).

The maximum load for normal use is 100 kg. Please keep in mind that the T-bar is meant for steering only, so do not pull or push it with too much force, as you may lose balance.

RollJet mini is designed for users between 110 and 175 cm tall. RollJet City is designed for users between 130 and 190 cm tall. RollJet Maxi is designed for users between 160 and 200 cm tall.

RollJet scooters are extremely stable due to their 3-wheel design. They have a precise steering mechanism for better driving control. The boards are reinforced with fiberglass for greater strength and durability. Scooters are equipped with a reflector, and the bags also have reflective elements that ensure the visibility of the user in the dark. We urge all users to wear helmets and guards at all times and to comply with all road traffic regulations. We have prepared a wide range of accessories for your safety.

RollJet is indeed just as stable with or without the bag. The key to this is the three wheels, which are designed to actually increased the stability when a full bag is attached, thanks to the low center of gravity.

The first RollJet model was designed for children, to help relieve them of the burden of their school bags. But it soon became clear that parents wanted to use them, as well. For adults, we recommend RollJet City (for users 130-190 cm tall) or RollJet Maxi (if you’re 160-200 cm tall). In addition to the scooter models for adults, we offer a range of stylish bags, from sporty to studious to business oriented.

Yes. RollJet is composed of 127 parts, all of the highest quality. During the course of use, particularly on somewhat rough terrain, vibrations may result in a rattling sound.

RollJets are permitted in most schools, but it depends on the individual school policy. You can fold the Rolljet into rolling luggage mode (with the bag still attached), which is almost always permissible. Do ask your local school administration if you’re not sure.

Rolljets should not be used in inclement weather. If it is a dry, fine winter’s day, without ice on the streets, then there should be no problem.

Yes, RollJet is ideal to take on trips. Anywhere you’d like the option of moving more quickly and having fun while doing so. It’s perfect for exploring cities or even heading off to the beach. You can keep all you need for the day in the bag and cruise on it anywhere that is paved.

RollJet is entirely made in Slovenia (EU).

It is possible to affix multiple attachments to the T-bar of the RollJet. You just have to use the correct bracket. You can indeed affix a light to a bracket beneath the reflector on the T-bar.

There are multiple accessories available for both the bags and the scooter. These include waterproof covers for the bag and the scooter, a third shoulder strap to facilitate carrying the bag messenger bag style, and numerous pendants and decorative extras. See the available accessories here.

RollJets are equipped with reflectors, as are the bags, to improve visibility. But we do recommend that you ride with a light and wearing a reflective vest.

Items you order and pay for, if they are in stock, will be ready the same day. If you order and pay for an item after 1pm, they will be ready the following day.

We offer three sizes of RollJet, from the Mini (for riders up to 175 cm tall and with a 100 kg load), so this should cover childhood. When your child outgrows this, then they can get the City model, good for heights up to 190 cm. If they are very tall, then they can get the Maxi, for heights up to 200 cm. (If they are taller than 200 cm, then we recommend they play professional basketball =)

At the moment, we offer three sizes which covers children all the way up to very tall adults, as well as a wide variety of designs and colors. We do not offer bespoke RollJets.

An unused RollJet in its original packaging can be brought back to our office and we will refund your money. Then you can choose a better size.

Backpacks should be ergonomically designed, light, practical, spacious and durable.

RollJet bags are ergonomically designed, light and feature a breathable back. They include reflective materials, for safety. They are spacious, practical and durable. The biggest advantage is the innovative mechanism that allows RollJet bags to be easily and securely affixed to RollJet scooters, so the scooter carries the weight of the bag and its contents.

The RollJet Air is best for students in the first three years of school. D-Bag is for years 4-6, while Safari is for older school children.

The bags are reinforced, for quality and longevity and to make them a solid component of the scooter when they’re locked in place. They are perfectly fine and comfortable when carried as a backpack, but it should be kept in mind that they are not meant for hiking or for many hours of wear on the back. The bags are intended to be used when coupled with the scooter, or removed for shorter trips, like being carried around school.

The weight depends on the model. The Air bags, ideal for the first three years of school, weight in at 1.286 kg. The empty sturdy D-bags weigh 1.4 kg (3 lbs).

The Air series has a main compartment of 22-liter capacity. The D-Bag series has 32-liter capacity.

Most of the bags are indeed water-resistant, but not waterproof. We do offer a waterproof cover that can be easily slipped over the bag. You can find them here.

No. Only Rolljet bags are equipped with the mechanism to attach and detach from the Rolljet scooter.

The bag comes with a one-year warranty that covers normal use. The bags are made of tough, high-quality material. We do offer a repair service, which can assist with pockets, zippers and shoulder straps. To learn more, visit this page.

The bag is suitable as carry-on luggage but, depending on the airline, the bag may have to be detached and carried separately from the scooter in order to qualify as carry-on luggage. Do check ahead of time with your airline.

The bag can be easily cleaned with a moist cloth and some mild detergent, but it should not be machine-washed.
